What we collect
When you request a quote, call, WhatsApp or email us, we record the details you give us: your name, contact number, email address, the property or site address, the service you are enquiring about, and any notes or photographs you send about the pool or the building. We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for identity numbers.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send a quotation, schedule and carry out installation, repair or service work, and follow up on work already done. We may contact you about the specific job you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your permission.
Who can see it
Your information is available to Legacyair staff and technicians who need it to handle your job. It is stored in the systems we use to run the business, including this website's enquiry records and our email. We only share details with third parties where it is necessary to complete the work — for example the equipment supplier handling a warranty claim — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to quote, deliver and support the work, and afterwards for our service and warranty history so that we can assist you in future. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal or warranty reason to keep them, we will remove them.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to us contacting you. Send any such request to info@legacyair.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not profile visitors for marketing. Standard technical information, such as the pages requested, may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site securely and to keep it running.
