About this website
This website describes the pool heating and air-conditioning services offered by Legacyair in Ruimsig and the surrounding areas. The information here is general guidance. It is not a quotation, and it is not a guarantee that a specific unit, capacity or result will suit your property until we have assessed it.
Quotations and pricing
A request submitted through this site or by phone is an enquiry, not an order. Pricing, equipment models, lead times and what is included in the work are confirmed in a written quotation issued after a site visit or a discussion of your requirements. A quotation only becomes binding once it is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
Site visits and installation
Installation work is carried out by Legacyair technicians. Access to the pool pump area, roof space, electrical points or ceiling voids must be made available on the agreed date. Where an installation depends on prior building, electrical or plumbing work, that work must be completed before we arrive. Extra work discovered on site is discussed with you before it is carried out.
Warranties and service
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as supplied with the unit, and our installation workmanship is covered for the period stated in your quotation. Warranties are conditional on the equipment being used and maintained as instructed — clean filters, correct water chemistry, clear airflow and the recommended servicing. Repair work is quoted before it proceeds and is not covered by an installation warranty.
Liability
We take reasonable care on every site and carry out work to the standards of our trade. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in equipment, plumbing or electrical installations that we did not supply or install, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer law.
Use of this site
You may read and share the content of this website. The text, photography and layout belong to Legacyair and may not be copied for commercial use. Enquiry forms must be used for genuine service enquiries; automated or abusive submissions may be blocked.
